What is SeedCard — Back up your keys without writing them down

Hold the card near the device to back up your recovery phrase to the chip on the card. To recover, simply tap the card again — no need to write it down or retype the words.

• No words printed on the card — The recovery phrase is encrypted on the chip and is not exported as a readable file
• Completely offline — No uploads, syncing, or server communication
• Automatically wipes data after 10 incorrect PIN attempts
• EAL6+ chip on the NXP P71D600 platform
• Runs only firmware signed and certified by OneKey and can be verified for authenticity

Our advice: Although SeedCard is convenient, we always recommend having a second backup stored in a separate location — losing or damaging your only copy should not mean losing everything.

OneKey Pro vs Pro 2

Which model should you choose? Both have the same SE (EAL6+ × 4). For an additional ฿1,760, you get a brighter display, a larger battery, a thinner design, IP56 water resistance, and a SeedCard included in the box. If these features are important to you, choose the Pro 2. If you want to save money, the original Pro is still a great option.

100% Authentic — and How to Verify It Yourself

Fake hardware wallets do exist, and the most common scam is to include a recovery phrase known to the attacker in the box. Every device shipped by Thai Bitcast is authentic and comes directly from the OneKey factory.

• Thai Bitcast is an authorized distributor in Thailand, ordering directly from the manufacturer without going through the second-hand market or reseller platforms.
• The box comes with an intact seal — if the seal is broken or shows signs of tampering before it reaches you, do not use the device. Contact us immediately, and we will replace it.
• An authentic device will never come with a pre-generated recovery phrase in the box. You must create your own during the initial setup. If you find a piece of paper with 12 or 24 words already written on it, it is 100% fake (the SeedCard in the box will be blank until you back up your phrase yourself).
